Sketchbook New Indie Gaming Project Manager Looking for Skilled and Enthusiastic Concept Artist May,2012

Hey everyone on the conceptart website I understand that there are artist within this website that are highly skilled in their field of work and for this reason I have decided to utilise this website in order to help someone find a little bit of work. Using your skills aswell as other highly skilled members of the dev team I wish to create amazing games I have experience working and giving input into a vast ammount of highly succesful games and i'm only 19. With your help I am hoping to assemble a group of 5 people to create a series of games which in my opinion and a few highly respected game devs opinion have the potential to be extremely succesful.

So what am I looking for?

1. Your portfolio which shows your art style
2. You must be knowledgeable within the field of gaming
3. You must be willing to co-operate with others within a team and respect eachothers opinions
4. Allow me time to assemble a team that I feel can fulfill the tasks I require
5. Having working communication through skype is essential as we will have team discussions regarding issues.

P.S. In order to design a game it will not be a 2 week or even a 2 month project we are right now looking at around about 1 to 2 years worth of work.

I also realise that this website is for sharing ideas :) if I have broken the rules by asking people if they would like to participate in my development team I am sorry.
