Sketchbook MakBook June,2012

Hi! So I've been lurking here for a couple of years but I've always been too intimidated to post anything (let alone any of my work) - now I'm just gonna bite the bullet and hope it will kick me into drawing a bit more, especially from observation/life.
I'm currently in my second year of studying biomedicine but not with much passion at all; before I consider making the jump to a decent art school overseas I'd really like to improve so any and all critiques are gladly welcome :)

Here's some stuff from the year to start off; hopefully after exams I'll be able to update this regularly and I can look back at this first post and see (a bit of) improvement! Also, let me know if I'm doing anything wrong haha.
